This safety flag is from The C F & I Steel Mill In Pueblo Colorado. It’s red with white print and a metal rod through the top to hang it. It’s no longer the C F & I it’s now EVERIZ STEEL current owners are from Russia. The CF&I was at one time one of the largest mill in the US.
