Double-click: enter shutdown, click to boot
Long press for 3 seconds: enter / exit menu option, long press for 3 seconds in sleep / off state can also enter menu

Taking the calibration of 220 degrees as an example, the operation process after entering the menu is as follows:
Rotate the encoder to "06 Temperature Calibration"
