Up for auction here is a
Leader Component Digital Waveform Monitor LV5100DE.  Item appears to be in good to cosmetic condition with some signs of use such as scuffs, scrapes and scratches.  We did plug in this unit and all of it did power on as you can see in the photos.
The back ground light is an amber color and as you can see in the photos all of the lights are bright and lights up very well. However, we have no knowledge of how this unit works, so we are selling this item is "as is", may be for parts or restoration only. We have not done any testing beyond what is specifically mentioned above.
There are a few reasons for this, but it essentially it comes down to the fact that they almost always need some level of service whether it is a cleaning or just a fine tuning. It may or may not need components replaced (caps, resistors, tubes, etc), controls cleaned/lubricated, alignment, and so on. Again, this unit is being sold 100% as-is. **

Do not send it back until the package has been inspected by the shipper company, otherwise the claim will automatically be denied by the shipping company no matter which company is used for shipping ( UPS, USPS FedEx etc.) They all require the original packaging material and box for them to inspect and has to be at the ship to location  (destination).
